John Raymond - his enthusiasm started this Trust, Managing Director of a film distribution company, member of BSC and former Captain of the Bembridge Illusion Class, lives in Bembridge. Arthur Robinson – founded Bembridge Outboards in 1969, former Chairman of Bembridge Parish Council, Chairman of EYS Working Group, lives in Bembridge. The membership remains open to further subscribers. The management of the trust is in the hands of the Trustees who retire by rotation, 1/3rd retiring each year, and are either re-appointed or new trustees are appointed at the AGM on the basis of one vote per Member. The AGM is held annually in July/August. The Advisory Board is also appointed by the Members at the AGM.
